I believe a wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime miracle — not just because it's a wedding, but because it's YOUR wedding. A wedding is like a dress: beautiful and mesmerising, but what makes it lived-in is the human inside it. That's what I'm after — the human in you and your partner, and the twinkle in the eye of every guest.

The miracle at the centre of the day is you, and you are not just anybody. So why should your photos look like everyone else's? I'm not after a hollow wedding day — I'm after you, who you are as a couple, and the unique love you and all your guests have gathered to share.

And I believe the audience for wedding photography isn't only the present. It's you in twenty, forty, sixty years, when each image grows exponentially into a lifelong treasure. It's your children and their children, learning who you were today. It's you down the road, pausing in your home to smile at a photo on the wall — these images carry the gravity of decades.

Future generations are in every click of the shutter, and every shot is made with that audience in mind. It's the thread that runs through time — connecting my trigger finger to the heart of the child who stops, points at the photo, and asks, “Grandma, is that you?”
